Who this is for
Men who have trouble getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex, whether it's new or has been building for a while. Common causes include:
- Blood vessel health, including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar
- Low testosterone
- Medication side effects, such as some blood pressure medicines and antidepressants
- Poor sleep, stress, and alcohol
New ED, especially after 40, can show up before heart problems do. A good evaluation looks at your heart risk, not just the prescription.
How it works
- Video visit. Your symptoms, medications, heart health, and what you've tried.
- Labs when needed. If your history points to it, we check testosterone, blood sugar, or cholesterol.
- Treatment. Medication shipped to your door, included in your membership.
- Follow-up. We adjust the dose or switch medications if the first plan isn't right.
Treatment options
- Sildenafil (the generic of Viagra), taken before sex
- Tadalafil (the generic of Cialis), as needed or as a low daily dose so timing doesn't matter
If low testosterone is part of the picture, we treat that too. Testosterone care →
When ED pills aren't safe
- You take nitrates (like nitroglycerin) for chest pain
- You've had a recent heart attack or stroke, or get chest pain with sex or exercise
- Very low blood pressure
In these cases we'll point you to in-person care.

Single plan covers ED alone, medication included.
Pick Two pairs ED with hair loss or skin. Total covers ED, hair, skin, and hormones.
Pricing goes to the waitlist first. HSA/FSA cards can be used for eligible medical services. Founding membership opens November 1.
Common questions
Is the medication included?
Yes. ED medication is included in your membership and shipped to you.
Sildenafil or tadalafil: which is better?
Neither is better for everyone. Sildenafil works for a few hours and is taken before sex. Tadalafil lasts longer, and a low daily dose means you don't have to plan around it. We help you choose based on your health and preferences.
Do I need a video visit?
Yes. Every new patient starts with a short video visit with your clinician. Follow-ups can be by video or secure message.
Can ED be a sign of heart disease?
It can. The arteries in the penis are smaller than those around the heart, so reduced blood flow can show up there first. That's why we look at heart risk as part of the evaluation.
