The short version: we collect very little on this website, we use it to tell you when we open and to run the site, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers.
Health information you share as a patient is protected by HIPAA and New York law and is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.
Who we are
Flintlock Health is the assumed name of Andrew Charles Storer, Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care, PLLC, a New York professional practice that provides clinical care. Flintlock Health LLC provides non-clinical management services to the practice, such as running this website. In this policy, "Flintlock," "we," and "us" mean both companies.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle information you give us through flintlockhealth.com, our waitlist, the fit check quiz, our emails, and messages you send us before you become a patient.
Once you become a patient, the health information you share during care, including your medical history, labs, prescriptions, and messages with your clinician, is protected health information. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and protect it and what rights you have.

Fit check answers are not sent to us. Your answers to the quiz stay on the page in your browser. If you join the waitlist from the quiz, only your email address is sent.
Please don't send health details by regular email before you're a patient. Once you join, you'll have a secure patient portal for that.
Cookies and tracking
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other sites.
- We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or session recording tools on this website.
- We will never put advertising or social media tracking on any page where you book a visit, enter health information, or use your patient account.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides analytics and security.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the practice, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising platforms or data brokers, and we do not use it to make any medical decision about you.
Links to other sites
This site links to our Instagram and TikTok accounts and to articles on other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what you do there is governed by them.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep messages for as long as needed to answer you and meet our record-keeping obligations. Our service providers keep technical logs for limited periods under their own policies.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as required by New York law.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
- See, correct, or delete what we have by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
We won't treat you differently for using these rights. Note that deleting your waitlist information doesn't affect medical records if you later become a patient. Those are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and the record-keeping rules that apply to medical care.
Age limit
Flintlock serves adults 18 and older. This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy as Flintlock grows. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and if the change is significant, we'll tell people on our email list.
