Flintlock Health memberships are designed to be easy to stop. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work. Flintlock Health is the assumed name of Andrew Charles Storer, Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care, PLLC. Flintlock Health LLC handles membership billing on the practice's behalf.
Monthly memberships
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your membership, visits, and any medication already scheduled continue through the end of the month you've paid for. We don't issue partial-month refunds.
Prepaid 6-month and annual plans
- Before your first visit: cancel for a full refund of your prepaid amount.
- After your first visit: prepaid plans are not refundable, except as described below. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing, and your care continues through the end of the term you paid for.
If treatment isn't right for you
If your clinician decides at your first visit that we can't treat you safely, we'll refund your full payment, whether you chose a monthly or prepaid plan.
Medication
Prescription medication can't be returned or exchanged once a pharmacy has dispensed it, under pharmacy law. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the pharmacy to replace it.
Labs
Lab tests billed through your health insurance are between you, your insurer, and the lab, and aren't refunded by Flintlock.
How to cancel
Cancel from your patient account, or email [email protected] or call (917) 565-8504. We'll confirm the cancellation in writing within 2 business days.
Billing questions
If a charge looks wrong, contact us first. Most billing issues can be fixed quickly, and we'll refund any charge made in error.
Before we open
